Is there a free tier?

No free forever tier, but every plan starts with a 14-day trial — no credit card, full feature access. If you need more time to evaluate, ask and we'll extend.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who logs in. Inactive accounts you disable in the admin panel don't count toward your seat total.

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?

Yes — annual billing knocks 15% off either plan. Non-profits and educational institutions get an additional discount; drop us a line.

Is data exportable if I leave?

Always. CSV export of every submission, time-off record, and audit log is built in, no questions asked. We don't want you to feel stuck with us.
