How we choose sub-processors

Every sub-processor goes through a security review before we use them in production. The review covers compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001), data location, breach notification commitments, sub-sub-processor lists, and contractual safeguards (DPA, SCCs).

Notification

We give customers at least 30 days' notice before engaging a new sub-processor by emailing all account administrators on file. To get on the notification list, make sure your billing email and at least one admin email are current in account settings.

If you object to a new sub-processor and we can't accommodate the objection within 30 days, you may terminate the affected portion of your subscription with a prorated refund.
